1. APPOINTMENT
1.1 The Owner appoints the Agent as the sole and exclusive managing agent for the Property.
1.2 The Agent shall manage the Property in accordance with the Property Practitioners Act, 2019 and the Estate Agency Affairs Act.
2. AGENT'S DUTIES
2.1 The Agent shall: (a) market and advertise the Property for lease; (b) screen and select tenants; (c) prepare and execute lease agreements; (d) collect rent and deposits; (e) arrange repairs and maintenance; (f) handle tenant queries and complaints; (g) conduct regular inspections.
3. FEES
3.1 The Owner shall pay the Agent a monthly management fee of [Fee]% of gross rent collected.
3.2 A leasing fee of [Lease Fee] month(s) rent shall be payable upon conclusion of each new lease.
4. TERM
